The Town of Bracebridge has initiated a Community Improvement Plan Project which will involve a review of the Town's existing Community Improvement Plan (CIP) and the development of a new CIP. Several years have passed since the Town's existing CIP was prepared and there are a number of reasons to review existing programs and look at new opportunities. The CIP Project work plan will explore new legislative tools (under Section 28 of the Planning Act), contemporary best practises, issues and concerns with the existing Town program, and the potential to align community improvements with new local economic development goals. A team of consultants from Zelinka Priamo Ltd. and TCI Management Consultants have been retained by the municipality to assist with the CIP Project.
