The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) processes and issues Liquor Licences. As part of the process of applying for a new or expansion of a Liquor Licence, the applicant is required to have the following completed:
AGCO Municipal Information Form

Download the Municipal Information Form or visit the AGCO website at www.agco.on.ca.

The applicant must complete Section 1.

The Applicant must then submit the completed form and the $16 dollar application fee to the Municipal Clerk for processing.

PLEASE NOTE: The Municipal Clerk will then circulate the form from Wednesday to Wednesday on the Town's Correspondence Circulation.

The Municipal Office completes Section 2 including a signature from the Municipal Clerk (or designate) and prepares a letter of non-objection.

The completed Municipal Information Form and letter of non-objection is returned to the applicant for processing to the AGCO
