PUBLIC NOTICE - OSRA Closing - In Front of 1095 Muskoka Crescent Road (Dickie)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that part of the original shore road allowance in front of Block A, Concession 13 Muskoka, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Parts 1 & 2 Plan 35R-26435.

The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held electronically in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on March 3, 2021. To confirm the meeting time, please visit www.bracebridge.ca or contact the Clerk.  Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below on or before March 2, 2021.  (Dickie – 1095 Muskoka Crescent)
