Registration

Registration Dates

Our Leisure Guides are on-line with limited quantities available for pick up. Registration opens as soon as the Leisure Guide is out. Some programs (ie:Camp and Swim Lessons) having a specific registration start date which is not the same as the date of Leisure Guide release. Create your account or register for programs on-line or in person.

How to Register

On-line (E-Reg)

To register online, you need an account and password in our new software system. Register now through Online Registration. All cancellations require a call to the Reception Desk whether it's for an activity or pre-registered program.

Call

We accept call-in registration at 705-645-3037.

Mail or Fax

Mail your registration form with payment to the Bracebridge Sportsplex (110 Clearbrook Trail, Bracebridge, ON P1L 0A3). If you fax your registration form with credit card payment to 705-645-3030, please call the Sportsplex 705-645-3037 to confirm it's receipt.

Leisure Access Program

The Town of Bracebridge has a Leisure Access Program that supports affordable access to recreation opportunities for Bracebridge residents and households living in low income. Age Requirements

There are age requirements for some programs if you do not meet the age requirements, please call the Reception Desk to discuss. If you are under the age of 18, your registration form must be signed by a parent or guardian.

Payments

The total fee is due at the time of registration. Payments are accepted by Cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, gift card and cheques (payable to the Town of Bracebridge). On-line registration is available for most programs except Fun Fest Camp. Programs for participants 15 years and older will have H.S.T. added.

Registrations received after the first class, providing the program has available space, will not be pro-rated.

Prior to arriving at your program

You have pre-registered in person, online or by telephone.
Everyone is welcome to bring a yoga mat/towel if you wish.

How do I sign up?

You must register and pay in advance for all programs by pre-registering in person, on the phone or on-line (above). Registration will be non-transferable and non-refundable. We have Required Participation Forms for program participants.

Arriving at your program

Participants in need of assistance due to physical limitations should attend with a family member or approved volunteer who can provide assistance (ask our Reception Desk staff about how to volunteer).
