How can I get an online login? If you do not have an account and have not booked a facility or attended a class/program in the last 5 years, simply click the “Sign-Up” link at the top of the login page where it says, "Don’t have a login? Signup". I have an online login but I misplaced my password? If you have misplaced your password, simply use the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page, and a new temporary password will be sent to the email address we have on file within a few minutes. You will be prompted to replace it with a permanent password. Your new password must contain at least 8 characters, at least 1 number, at least 1 upper case, and cannot be any of the last 5 passwords that you have used. Do I need to have an account to search for programs? No. You can still search programs by scrolling up to the top of this page. However, if you would like to register for a program or purchase a membership on-line, you will need to have an on-line login. I don't want to register online; can I just register in person? Reception Desk staff are available to assist you:
I want to register online but don't want to give my email address, what do I do? To register on-line, you will need a login which means using an email address. This is where all correspondence will be sent (password reset emails, registration confirmations, receipts etc.). What if I don't want to provide an email address? Please remember that if you choose not to provide an email address for your account, you will not be able to register on-line or purchase/renew memberships on-line. Also, you will not receive email business notices (course confirmation, course changes, expiry reminders for memberships) regarding your programs and services with Recreation Services. I have an account, but I can't log in. What do I do? Simply use the forgot password option. If you don’t remember your email address, contact us by email at rec.office@bracebridge.ca. I would like to speak with someone Please call 705-645-3037, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Our Reception Desk staff will be happy to assist you. How can I see the credit on my account? If you have credit on your account, you will see this during your checkout. The credit will show as a payment option, and you can choose to use the credit, or to leave it on your account for a future transaction. Please note that the credit does not show on your “My Info” tab, only during checkout. Can I manage my own information in this system? Yes, one of the features of this system is that you can see and manage your own information. This includes adding family members, changing your contact information, adding a credit card to your account for easier checkout, managing your own login and seeing a schedule of the programs you are registered in. Can I withdraw from a course online? No, customers cannot withdraw from courses online. Please call 705-645-3037, our Reception Desk staff will be happy to assist you. Can I purchase a membership online? New monthly and yearly memberships are not currently available. All previously purchased swimming and skating memberships have been put on hold. How can I remove someone from my account? To have someone removed from your account, simply contact the Reception Desk by email at rec.office@bracebridge.ca, or by calling 705-645-3037 ext. 3704. Want to register for programs on line but don't have an account? Create one or call the Reception Desk for assistance. Register through On-line registration any time 24 hours a day/7 days a week for recreation programs or call the Bracebridge Sportsplex for assistance.
