SmokingAs of January 1, 2015, the Government of Ontario made changes to the Smoke-Free Ontario Act to further protect children and youth from the dangers of smoking. We advise residents and visitors to our park that it is illegal to smoke on and around children's playgrounds and beaches, and all other publically-owned surfaces. Local public health units are responsible for inspections and responding to complaints to enforce the Act.
