Having interment rights means you have the right to bury or inter human remains or cremated human remains in a grave, lot, or niche. Any interment rights, which are sold and not used for interment purposes after a twenty-year period, may be considered abandoned by the Town.
Unused interment rights for lots, cremation lots and columbarium niches may be resold. Please contact the Receptionist/Cemetery Secretary in our Corporate Services Department for the procedures on the resale of interment rights.
