To help keep our community safe and clean, the Town encourages residents to report problems related to roadways, garbage and recycling, water and sewer, parking and a wide variety of other municipal issues.
How to Report a Problem:
Call 705-645-5264 to report a problem during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Call the answering service 705-645-5264 for an emergency before or after regular business hours including the weekend.
When reporting a problem, provide:
- Description of the problem
- Location of problem (street/road address, or distance from a well-known landmark)
- Photo(s), if available
- Your contact information
To report a problem on:

Snow Clearing

- Road may have missed being cleared
- concern with snow removal
- snowy or icy sidewalk

If you would like to report someone plowing or dumping snow from a private driveway onto the road, please document the incident and forward the information to the By-law Department, at 705-645-5264.
