To help keep our community safe and clean, the Town encourages residents and visitors to report problems related to roadways, garbage and recycling, water and sewer, parking and a wide variety of other municipal issues.
How to Report a Problem:
Call 705-645-5264 to report a problem during regular business hours, Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Call the answering service 705-645-5264 for an emergency before or after regular business hours including the weekend.
When reporting a problem, provide:
- Description of the problem;
- Location of problem (street/road address, or distance from a well-known landmark);
- Photo(s), if available; and
- Your contact information.
