Welcome to the Public Works Citizen Request Portal; a simple, online tool to provide comments, feedback and/or request Public Works services.
To submit a public works issue or request online, please complete the form below.
A staff member in the Public Works Department will review your request and complete an assessment of any required actions. If any further response is required, you will be contacted directly by a member of the Public Works team. Should you not be contacted, please be assured your request is being reviewed and any required actions will be scheduled and completed.
- If this is an urgent Public Works related matter during or after office hours, please call the Public Works Department at 705-645-5264.
- For issues that require emergency services (ambulance, fire and police), please call 9-1-1.
- Issues regarding Water and Sewer or Waste Management, contact The District Municipality of Muskoka.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Service requests are not monitored after hours.
