EXPLANATION OF THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE CONSENT APPLICATIONS
Seven (7) applications for consent have been submitted for the lands located on Carlsmount Road and legally described as Lot 22, Concession 8, Draper Ward, Town of Bracebridge. The subject lands are approximately 37.5 hectares (92.7 acres) in area with approximately 1,002.6 metres (3,289 feet) of linear frontage on Carlsmount Road and 654.0 metres (2,146 feet) of frontage on an inlet of the Muskoka River. If approved, the applications would result in seven (7) severed parcels and one retained parcel.
