TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that all of the Ninth Street Road Allowance between George Street and Lot 3, Concession 11 Draper, Town Plot of Muskokaville, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Part 1, Plan 35R-27544 (PIN 48053-0514).

The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 14^th day of August, 2024.
