Feel great and have more energy by taking our fitness classes at the Bracebridge Sportsplex. We offer pre-registered land fitness and aquafitness programs. The best way to stay active is to find something you like doing... and keep doing it.
Our certified instructors are here to provide fun, progressive, and results driven classes to meet a variety of participant needs. Need some help choosing the right class for you? Please call the Bracebridge Sportsplex Reception Desk or ask an instructor for advice, we are here to support you.
Land Fitness |
Enjoy land fitness classes with a daily, 1, 3, 6 month, annual or 10/25 pass at the Bracebridge Sportsplex. Read more about the class descriptions, including programs such as indoor cycling, yoga, cardio classes and more.
Alternatively, registered fitness programs are another way to stay active and require pre-registration on-line or in person at the Bracebridge Sportsplex. Registered programs operate for different lengths of time and are structured around the group registered, ensuring a personalized approach. Aquafitness |
Aquafitness programs are accessible with a daily, 1, 3, 6 month, annual or 10/25 pass. Read more about the class descriptions, including programs such as aqua cycling, stretch & strengthen, deep water or shallow water aquafit and more.

Active Kids |
Children and youth should do 60 minutes or more of physical activity each day and vigorous-intensity physical activity at least 3 days a week for optimal health. The Bracebridge Sportsplex offers a variety of general interest programs for children and youth that will help meet these targets.
