PUBLIC NOTICE - Original Shore Road Allowance Closing in front of 1111 Merrick Drive (Jairam)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 26, Concession 8, Oakley, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Part 1, Plan 35R-28049 PIN: 48056-0739
 
The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 13th day of May, 2026. To confirm the meeting time, please visit www.bracebridge.ca or contact the Clerk. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below on or before May 12, 2026 (Jairam – OSRA in front of 1111 Merrick Drive).
