PUBLIC NOTICE - Original Shore Road Allowance Closing in front of 156 Browning Island (Eden)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Big or Browning Island, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka, described as Parts 2 and 8, Plan 35R-20231 PIN: 48172-0699
 
The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 9th day of September, 2026. To confirm the meeting time, please visit www.bracebridge.ca or contact the Clerk. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below on or before September 8, 2026 (Eden – OSRA in front of 156 Browning Island).
