PUBLIC NOTICE - Road Allowance Closing (Chub Downey Lane) (Town of Bracebridge)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell part of Jane Street, Registered Plan 2, Macaulay, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka, described as Parts 7 and 8, Plan 35R-28196 PIN: 48115-0306.
 
The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 11th day of November, 2026. To confirm the meeting time, please visit www.bracebridge.ca or contact the Clerk. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below on or before November 10, 2026 (Town of Bracebridge – Chub Downey Lane).
