Mayor Graydon Smith and members of Town Council invite Bracebridge residents and visitors to celebrate the New Year at the Mayor’s Levee on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at the Bracebridge Sportsplex (Main Lobby) from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Bracebridge Off Leash Dog Park Committee has received approval to build a Dog Park in the southwest corner of James W. Kerr Park. Bracebridge Dog Park
The Dog Park will span an area around 1.7 acres and will cost approximately $40,000 to build which includes fencing, gates, hardware, drainage, garbage receptacles and signage.
The Dog park will be divided into two sections, one for large dogs and the other for small dogs.
The committee is pleased to announce they received a $15,000 donation, from the TransCanada Corporation to assist in the development of the Dog Park.
