NOISE CONTROL BY-LAW

The Town of Bracebridge Council asked the Facilities Working Group to consult  with members of the community, staff in the Recreation Department and staff in the By-law Enforcement Branch to consider the feasibility of developing a dog park in the Town of Bracebridge.

The report below was presented to General Committee at their meeting on April 22, 2014.  Please note that all site lines and dimensions attached in the report are draft and subject to further change.  A buffer zone between the two fence lines on the west side of the property will be included to allow for pedestrian traffic around the dog park.

The Off Leash Dog Park Committee is hoping for approval to use James Kerr Park as the location for the dog park. In the interm, the committee is working on an extensive fundraising plan which will be launched after a site is approved.
