Bracebridge Resource Management Centre

Bracebridge Resource Management Centre

Over the past 30 years, the Town has worked collaboratively with the Ministry of Natural Resources to maintain and support the Bracebridge Resource Management Centre as a valuable outdoor asset and green space for residents and visitors. Through this collaboration, the Town offers year-round access to the park’s network of trails and support the health and wellness of the community by providing an additional space for people to stay active, connect with nature, and explore the beauty in their own backyard.

The Town supports the Bracebridge Resource Management Centre by providing the following year-round services:

  • Grading;
  • Trail maintenance;
  • Tree trimming;
  • Winter maintenance;
  • Pavilion and foot bridge maintenance; and
  • Signage.

The Town also works closely with a dedicated team of volunteers to groom and maintain the trails year-round.

Outdoor Activities

During the warmer months, visitors to the Bracebridge Resource Management Centre can enjoy hiking along 19 km of trail, bird watching, picnicing and more.

While enjoying outdoor activities, remember to follow these trail etiquette tips to keep trails in the best condition all season long:
  • Follow all onsite trail signage and use the appropriate trails for your activity;
  • Be respectful of nature and other trail users; and
  • Keep all trails litter free.
