Reporting to the Recreation Programmer or designate, the Inclusion Counsellor is responsible for directly supporting individuals with exceptionalities to ensure their inclusion and personal care in a recreation program setting, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
Reporting to the Director of Public Works or designate, the Manager of Operations is responsible for supervising Branch staff and management, supervision and operation of the Town's roads, parks, transit and fleet, including maintenance of road and parks infrastructure including roads, sidewalks, curbs, storm water sewer systems and facilities, rural road ditch drainage systems, bridges, urban forest management, signage and winter control; administration of maintenance contracts for public parks, beaches, sports fields, docks, wharfs, transit systems and boat launches; vehicular fleet maintenance; and related long term planning.
Reporting to the Manager of Recreation Programs and Services or designate, the Wellness and Aquatics Coordinator is responsible for supervising Branch staff, the development, implementation, and operation of aquatic, fitness and recreation programs, activities and procedures in the Sportsplex and other facilities, as directed, for the Town of Bracebridge. In addition, the Wellness and Aquatics Coordinator will develop safety standards, coordinate High Five training and accreditation, coordinate special events, assess service level requirements, and work collaboratively across department functions.
Reporting to the Recreation Programmer or designate, the Camp Counsellor is responsible for delivering high quality camp programming that is stimulating and enjoyable for all camp participants. The Camp Counsellor also maintains a safe and welcoming environment for all participants and is responsible for delivering care, supervision and activities to camp participants.

Reporting to the Manager of Facilities or designate, the Facility Operator 2 is responsible for the maintenance of recreation facilities including pools, arena, and fieldhouse, and ensuring the highest quality standards of building maintenance and cleanliness is achieved. Supervision of the facilities is required from time to time when working alone.
Reporting to the Manager of Facilities or designate, the Facility Assistant is responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards of building cleanliness and accessibility, including but not limited to custodial tasks, minor maintenance, and room setups.

Reporting to the Wellness and Aquatics Coordinator or designate, the Wellness Coach is responsible for providing orientations to current and potential clients, assisting in the daily operations of the wellness centre, monitoring fitness passes and memberships, and interacting with staff, participants and the public to provide relevant information.
