The Application was originally circulated as a delegated consent on March 3, 2026 however in accordance with the Town’s practice has been escalated to the Committee of Adjustment for Consents. Comments provided in response to the previous Notice sent out March 3, 2026, will be provided to Committee.
EXPLANATION OF THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE PROPOSED CONSENT APPLICATION
Consent applications D10-36/22 and D10-37/22 received provisional approval on May 29, 2025 for the creation of two severed lots with one retained lot. Consent application D10-01/26 proposes a right-of-way with a width of 8 metres (26 feet) over provisionally approved severed lot 2 (shown as Retained Lot on consent sketch) in favour of provisionally approved severed lot 1 (shown as Benefitting Lot on consent sketch). The purpose of the right-of-way is for driveway access onto Fraserburg Road.
