Family Day fun in Bracebridge

BRACEBRIDGE, ON (February 9, 2026) – The following Town of Bracebridge facilities will remain open on Family Day, Monday, February 16: 
  • Bracebridge Fire Station 1, 225 Taylor Road;
  • Bracebridge Sportsplex, 110 Clearbrook Trail (adjusted facility hours 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.);
  • Muskoka Lumber Community Centre, 56 Salmon Avenue (adjusted facility hours 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.); and the
  • Municipal Office, 1000 Taylor Court.

Family Day Drop-In Activities
Bracebridge Sportsplex and Muskoka Lumber Community Centre
Monday, February 16

Visit the Bracebridge Sportsplex and Muskoka Lumber Community Centre for free family activities between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Activities include parent and tot swim, rock climbing, public swimming, public skating, pre-school open gym, and drop-in sports. These free activities are generously supported by the Town of Bracebridge.

Bracebridge Library
The Bracebridge Library will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Family Day. Patrons of all ages can enjoy a variety of programs throughout the day including two new children's programs; Go for the Gold: Olympic Crafts at the Library and Sing-Along Song Circle. Bracebridge Transit
Bracebridge Transit and Bracebridge Mobility will not operate on Monday, February 16. Operations will resume on Tuesday, February 17 at 7:30 am. For route and schedule information, visit bracebridge.ca/transit.
