Construction of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Northeastern Passenger Train Station
This notice is to advise that a Noise Exemption has been issued to Ellis Don Civil Ltd for the following:
EVENT: Construction activity at the train station
PERMITTED EXEMPTION: Noise from generators and heaters
LOCATION: 85 Hiram Street
DATES & TIMES: 9:00 pm - 7:00 am for the duration of the project with an expected completion date of July 2026.
This Noise Exemption was issued under delegated authority by Allison Kreuger, Manager By-law Enforcement.
