PUBLIC NOTICE - Original Shore Road Allowance Closing in front of 1055 Rainbow Lane (Vanderslot)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 26, Concession 13, Draper, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Part 1 Plan 35R-27879 PIN: 48054-0691.

 The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 on the 15th day of October, 2025.
