Springdale Park Road Dock Replacement

The Town of Bracebridge (Town) is inviting alternative proposals from qualified and experienced dock builders for the replacement of the dock structure located at 1139 Springdale Park Road. The scope of work includes the demolition and removal of the existing dock, as well as the design and construction of a new dock in compliance with all applicable regulations and specifications. All submitted proposals will be evaluated and scored according to the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP documentation.

RFP Closing Date and Location: Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., local time at the Public Works Department, Town of Bracebridge Municipal Office at 1000 Taylor Court, Bracebridge, ON

• RFPs will be opened virtually via a Zoom meeting at 2:30 p.m. on the RFP Closing Date.
