Strong Mayor Decision - 25-MDE-001 - Written Notice - Delegation of Power to Council - Appoint/Dismiss Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

I, Mayor Rick Maloney, pursuant to the powers extended to the head of council under Part VI.1 of the Municipal Act, 2001 (the “Act”), hereby delegate to Town of Bracebridge Council, the power to appoint or dismiss the Chief Administrative Officer (s. 284.5 and s. 284.15 of the Act) as permitted under s. 284.13(1) of the Act.
