Strong Mayor Decision - 25-MDE-002 - Written Notice - Delegation of Power to the Chief Administrative Officer – Organizational Structure of the Municipality

I, Mayor Rick Maloney, pursuant to the powers extended to the head of council under Part VI.1 of the Municipal Act, 2001 (the “Act”), hereby delegate to the Chief Administrative Officer, the powers under s. 284.6(1) of the Act to determine the organizational structure of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge, as permitted under s. 284.13(1) of the Act.
