Technical issues affecting transit card readers at multiple locations

BRACEBRIDGE (May 1, 2026) - The Town of Bracebridge is currently experiencing technical issues with the transit card readers at the Municipal Office, Bracebridge Sportsplex, and Muskoka Lumber Community Centre. Customers are unable to purchase a fare card, reload a card balance, or check card balances at these locations.

Transit customers are encouraged to create a UseTransit account so they can check balances, add funds to their waveCARD, or purchase and renew easyPASS monthly passes online, anytime, from any device.
