TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lots 22 and 23, Concession 6, Macaulay, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Part 1, 35R-27834.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that Part of the Original Road Allowance between Lots 30 and 31, Concession 1, McLean, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Part 1, Plan 35R-27842 PIN: 48107-0228.

A Burning Control By-law Exemption has been issued to Parry Sound Friendship Centre as follows: EVENT: Muskoka Through Our Eyes Powwow PERMITTED EXEMPTION: Section 3, Subsection 3.1 (Set or permit a fire during prohibited time/month) of the Burning Control By-law 2014-018, as amended.
