  • Senior Finance Administrator (Temporary) | Closes July 3, 2025

    Reporting to the Manager of Revenue/Tax Collector or designate, and supporting the Manager of Accounting/Deputy Treasurer, the incumbent will support accounts receivable and accounts payable for the Town of Bracebridge. Using iCity financial software, the incumbent will be responsible for administration of preauthorized payment plans, month-end processing, accounts receivable and accounts payable administration. The incumbent will perform a full range of finance-related duties and will assist and provide back-up assistance to other staff, as required.

  • Operator Class 2 (2 positions) | Closes July 2, 2025

    Reporting to the Public Works Foreperson or designate, the Operator Class 2 is responsible for performing departmental operations including, but not limited to, road and roadside maintenance and construction, as well as infrastructure repairs. 

  • Facility Assistant - Part Time | Open Until Filled

    Reporting to the Manager of Facilities or designate, the Facility Assistant is responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards of building cleanliness and accessibility, including but not limited to custodial tasks, minor maintenance, and room setups.

  • Wellness Coach (2 positions) | Open Until Filled

    Reporting to the Wellness and Aquatics Coordinator or designate, the Wellness Coach is responsible for providing orientations to current and potential clients, assisting in the daily operations of the wellness centre, monitoring fitness passes and memberships, and interacting with staff, participants and the public to provide relevant information.
