- All Food Vendors must meet the requirements for Food Safety from the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit and complete no later than 15 days prior to the event the Special Event Vendor Application Form.
- It is required that all Food Vendors/Food Trucks/Refreshment Cart Vendors show proof of current liability insurance of a minimum of $5,000,000.00. A copy must be submitted to the organizers via email no later than three weeks prior to the event.
- Failure to abide by these rules and regulations may result in removal from the event.

Celebrate 150 Years of Bracebridge!
June 7–8, 2025 | JD Lang Activity Park
Join us as we mark a major milestone—Bracebridge’s 150th anniversary! This community-wide celebration will take place over two exciting days at JD Lang Activity Park, bringing together residents and visitors for a weekend filled with fun, food, and festivities.
Our Community Picnic Area will feature a delicious lineup of local and regional food vendors, including the Bracebridge Lions Club, Muskoka Pioneer Power, Halibut House Fish & Chips, Beavertails, Screamies Ice Cream, Mini Donuts, and The Banger and The Fryer Truck. Whether you're craving comfort food, sweet treats, or something new, there’s something for everyone.
Come out and enjoy great food, live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and the vibrant spirit of our town as we celebrate 150 years of community, history, and pride.

Exhibitor/Vendor/Artisan Spaces
- Food Vendors are responsible for bringing anything they require for event day
- Access to power/lighting and/or water is not provided.
- All Food Vendors are expected to have a trash receptacle at their location and ensure that it is disposed of before leaving the event.
- Organizers will arrange a central drop off location.
- Food Vendors who wish to use generators, must indicate that on their application – NOTE: use of any generator is subject to approval and acceptance by the Bracebridge 150 Committee.
- Food Vendors are located outdoors. Plan accordingly.
- Setup begins at 7 a.m. on Saturday, June 7. All setups must be completed by 9 a.m.
- Vendors must be staffed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8. Overnight security will be provided by the Bracebridge 150 Committee.
- Late arrivals (after 9 a.m.) will not be accommodated without specific permissions from the organizers.
- Tear down is allowed after 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 8.
Food Vendor Selection and Approval
- There are no exclusivity rights.
- Food vendor fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Approval of Food vendors is at the sole discretion of the Bracebridge 150 organizers and confirmation of space will begin on March 3, 2025.
- To ensure your Food Vendor application is considered, please ensure you apply before this date.
- Food Vendors not accepted, will be refunded application fees.
- The Bracebridge 150 Celebration takes place at JD Lang Activity Park, 331 Fraserburg Rd, Bracebridge.
- Food Vendor locations will be sent out to approved vendors approximately two weeks prior to the event.
- Locations are final but are subject to change the day of at the discretion of event organizers.
To register as a food vendor at the Bracebridge 150 celebrations, complete this form. A description of what you plan on selling is required. One or more photographs of your setup should be included as well.
Fees for Food Vendors range from $50 to $150 (non-profit rate is $50; for-profit rate is $150) for the whole weekend.
