TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor’s 2026 Budget and Business Plan is available for review.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services/Clerk or designate, the Manager of By-law Enforcement is responsible for supervising Branch staff and managing the operations of the Branch, including administering, enforcing, advising on and interpreting regulatory by-laws and select provincial statues, attending and giving evidence in court proceedings, overseeing and administering business and other licenses, serving as an appointed Livestock Investigator and Fence Viewer, and recommending, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and by-laws. 

Town of Bracebridge cemeteries are now closed for the season. No interments or monument installations will take place. Cemeteries will re-open once the weather permits in the spring of 2026.

Reporting to the Manager of Legislative Services/Deputy Clerk or designate, the Land and Agreements Coordinator is responsible for providing the review, coordination, and/or maintenance of contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with Council direction and policies and procedures; the research and drafting of policies and staff reports; and administrative support to the Director of Corporate Services/Clerk. 

I, Mayor Rick Maloney, hereby approve the by-laws passed at the Town of Bracebridge Council meeting held on November 12, 2025 in accordance with s. 284.11(4) of the Municipal Act, 2001.

This Tender calls for tender submissions from qualified and experienced contractors for the replacement of a boardwalk structure situated along the Bracebridge Bay Trail/Trans Canada Trail.

Take notice that the Planning and Development Committee will hold a hybrid public meeting on December 3, 2025 at 2:30 P.M. This meeting will be held in a Hybrid format in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, and the Town’s Procedure By-law, which provide for Electronic Participation.
