The Application was originally circulated as a delegated consent on March 3, 2026 however in accordance with the Town’s practice has been escalated to the Committee of Adjustment for Consents. 

Take notice that the Planning and Development Committee will hold a hybrid public meeting on May 6, 2026 at 2:30 P.M. This meeting will be held in a Hybrid format in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, and the Town’s Procedure By-law, which provide for Electronic Participation.

The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) has issued a Flood Outlook bulletin for Bracebridge-Minden-Parry Sound District in effect until Friday, April 10 for the Muskoka River Watershed.
