Take notice that the Committee of Adjustment for Minor Variance will hold a hybrid public meeting on February 10, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.

This meeting will be held in a Hybrid format in accordance with Section 238 of the Municipal Act, and the Town’s Procedure By-law, which provide for Electronic Participation.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 28, Concession 5, Draper, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Part 2, Plan 35R-27964 PIN: 48051-0807.

A Noise Exemption has been issued to the Bracebridge BIA.

Environment Canada’s snow squall warning remains in effect for Bracebridge. Additional snowfall amounts of 30 to 40 cm are forecasted through to Friday morning. This can result in reduced visibility and travel may be hazardous.
