TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bracebridge proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to close and sell that part of the original shore road allowance in front of in front of Big or Browning Island in Lake Muskoka, Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka described as Parts 1 and 2 Plan 35R-27599, PIN:  48172-0744.

Bracebridge’s most exciting winter event is back! The Fire and Ice Festival will ignite Downtown Bracebridge on Saturday, January 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and features a thrilling lineup of activities for all ages. Effective immediately, the District Municipality of Muskoka has temporarily closed the Silver Bridge on Ecclestone Drive pending a detailed structural assessment. There will be NO access across Silver Bridge for vehicles or pedestrians.
