The Town of Bracebridge is committed to ensuring that all property development and construction is carried out safely and in accordance with the Ontario Building Code and local zoning regulations.
What types of concerns can I report here?
Use our online portal to report concerns related to physical changes or development on a property, including:

Construction, renovations, or demolition occurring without a visible building permit.

Suspected illegal tree cutting or site alteration.

Missing or inadequate pool fencing.

Sewage and septic system failures or unpermitted work.

Structures built too close to property lines (zoning violations).
- Property standards complaints related to the condition or upkeep of an existing building.

What You Need to Submit a Concern
To help us investigate efficiently, please be prepared to provide:

The Location of the Concern: The municipal address or a detailed description of the property location.

Specific Details: A clear description of the work being done and why you believe it is a violation.

Photos (Optional but helpful): Clear photos of the issue, taken safely from public property or your own property.

Your Contact Information: We require your name and contact details to verify the report and follow up if we need more information. Anonymous complaints will not be processed. Your personal information is kept strictly confidential.
