To help us investigate efficiently, please be prepared to provide:

1. The Location of the Concern: The municipal address or a detailed description of the property location.

2. Specific Details: A clear description of the work being done and why you believe it is a violation.

3. Photos (Optional but helpful): Clear photos of the issue, taken safely from public property or your own property.

4. Your Contact Information: We require your name and contact details to verify the report and follow up if we need more information. Anonymous complaints will not be processed. Your personal information is kept strictly confidential.
